This service is for all LCD monitors. 98% of the monitors sent in for display issues are repaired with this service.

This service includes the professional installation of a brand new high quality CCFL backlight as well as a complete inspection and service of the CCFL inverter.

In many instances, either one of the above services will restore illumination to your laptop. Due to the fact, we warrant all our repairs for 1 year from the date of service, we make sure that both of these aspects are running perfectly therefore eliminating any potential for future failures.

On very rare occasions (less than 2%), we may run across a monitor that is beyond repair; in this instance the purchase price of the service, minus a $65 inspection fee, will be fully refunded and the item returned.

If we find that your problem is something other than a backlight repair that is needed, such as a video card or motherboard issue, we will contact you to inform you of the cost of the repair and give you the option of having your unit returned or to request authorization to charge the additional amount and complete the repair.

We also suggest that you package your monitor very well to avoid shipping damage as well as opt for the insurance value should some unfortunate shipping incident happen.
