Laptop & Monitor Repairs - Mail in service

This service is for all laptops and notebooks. 98% of the laptops or notebooks sent in for display issues are successfully repaired with this service.

This service includes the professional installation of a brand new high quality CCFL backlight as well as a complete inspection and service of the CCFL inverter.

In many instances, either one of the above services will restore illumination to your laptop. We warrant all our repairs for 1 year from the date of service and make sure that both the backlight and inverter are running perfectly--eliminating any potential for future failure.

If we find that your problem is something other than a backlight repair that is needed, such as a video card or motherboard issue, we will contact you to inform you of the cost of the repair and give you the option of having your unit returned or to request authorization to charge the additional amount and complete the repair.

Occasionally (less than 2%) we run across a laptop that is beyond repair; in this instance, the purchase price of the service will be fully refunded and the item returned minus a $35 inspection/return shipping fee.

We strongly recommend that you back up your important information as we will not be liable for data loss.

We also suggest that you package your computer very well to avoid shipping damage and recommend insurance value should any shipping incident arise.
